Dear Topden, I like your short film. It is like a small fragment of a precious stone reflecting the beuty of a future free Tibet.
But now I want to see also your feature film. Many years ago you told me the first sequence of this film: your aunt colling you from a window of a small house in McLeod Gunj.
My book on Tibet in exile was translated into English with the title “A long Way from Tibet”.
After more than thirty years in India, now, since 2001, I’m back to Italy. My English language is almost completely forgotten. But I stil remember the Tibetan slogans you taught me during a demonstration in Dharamsala in the Nineties: “Gyamar Bod ne – thardol chig” and “Bod rangzen – tsangma yin”. Love.
