中国青海玉树上周三发生7．1级地震，至今已有愈万人死亡和受伤。虽说地震是天灾，难以预测，但这次青海地震，跟两年前的四川地震一样，在中国那种政治体制中，又是人祸连连，造成人间悲剧。
首先，这次地震前也是有专家提出预警报告，但中国地震局没予重视。上次四川地震时，至少有两名地震学者作出预报，但被当局压下，怕影响正进行的北京奥运火炬传递。这次青海地震前，据广东媒体报导，山西省地震专家余向红就发出预报，时间、地点都很准确，但没被官方重视。中国地震局在3月9日（青海地震前一个月）还公布∶中国境内暂时不会发生破坏性地震。
