中国青海玉树上周三发生7.1级地震,至今已有愈万人死亡和受伤。虽说地震是天灾,难以预测,但这次青海地震,跟两年前的四川地震一样,在中国那种政治体制中,又是人祸连连,造成人间悲剧。
首先,这次地震前也是有专家提出预警报告,但中国地震局没予重视。上次四川地震时,至少有两名地震学者作出预报,但被当局压下,怕影响正进行的北京奥运火炬传递。这次青海地震前,据广东媒体报导,山西省地震专家余向红就发出预报,时间、地点都很准确,但没被官方重视。中国地震局在3月9日(青海地震前一个月)还公布∶中国境内暂时不会发生破坏性地震。
